Manufacturing automation
When one talks about the process of manufacturing automation, they are
referring to the procedure of pairing together all the different
subassemblies and parts of a certain product. This lengthy procedure
consists of tightening, doing inspections, practical tests,
classification, labeling, sorting good from bad and then lastly,
packaging the item.
This is a very detailed and important factor, manufacturing automation,
and this is why only highly skilled staff is able to do the job
correctly. Before the products are packaged, final checks will be done
to ensure that everything is done 100% correctly and is in working
order, ready to be taken away.
Compared to some of the other methods of manufacturing, like welding,
grinding and machining, manufacturing automation is unique. With these
other manufacturing methods, as well as many more, they might require
only a few regulations and in some cases, only one, nothing compared to
what is involved with manufacturing automation.

Automation
Automation is where you can use the use of pneumatic, hydraulic or
electrical power to automate things such as stage machinery, performers
or other items. The quality of the automation depends on how
well the electrical, mechanical and control engineering is
constructed. Since we all use computers everyday for many
things, they have completely changed the world of automation.
Manufacturing companies seem to be the most that demand the use of
automation tools as it greatly increases their productivity without
having to hire more man power. This helps them to reduce over
all costs but it also increases their flexibility in the manufacturing
process allowing them to make more products, cheaper and faster.

Wireless automation
Do you live in a smart house? Chances are you have some items
that are automated that make your life easier. You have that
coffee pot that turns on at 7am each morning to give you a piping hot
cup of coffee when you rise. You have that alarm clock that
wakes you with your favorite radio station each morning for
work. You thoroughly enjoy that television that you can
change the channel with the press of a button. You do not
have to get up and manually turn the dial to change the channels.
Yes, every home has some form of wireless automation in it.
There are some people that even take it a bit further. They
have a complete home entertainment system wired through out their
entire house allowing the whole family to enjoy theater like qualities
when watching a movie. They can even have music piped into
every room of the home.
